I have worked in the fueling industry, supporting the development of enterprise platforms and mobile applications for fuel retail operations. These projects focused on transaction management, station monitoring, customer loyalty integrations, and operational optimization. By leading structured discovery sessions and comprehensive data gathering, I helped stakeholders clarify business needs, identify process gaps, and align technology solutions with operational goals.
In the electrical vehicles charging sector, I contributed to applications designed to manage charging networks, user subscriptions, payment integrations, and real-time station availability. Through detailed requirements writing, I ensured development teams had clear, testable, and implementation-ready specifications, reducing ambiguity and accelerating delivery cycles.
